Project Manager

Designs and coordinates project plans internally and externally
Manages and leads internal / as external (customer) communication
Provides permanent monitoring of project phases to meet a plan or if necessary to provide timely corrective actions
Project reports preparation for clients, management and others
Technical contact with the customer during the first face of serial production
Identifies and submits proposals for improvement from technical as well as budgetary point of view
Contributes to the company achievement and department’s metrics (KPI)
Works in line with company guidelines and technical documents

English (spoken and written) at a communicative level
Experience in production and project management is preferred
Technical university degree (Engineering / processes / quality orientation)
MS Office – advanced / MS Project – preferred
Knowledge of Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD advantages
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Strong prioritization and time management skills

Very good analytical skills
Independent in solving tasks, logical thinking
The sense of understanding priorities
Active approach to raising the standard of work and outputs of the company structure
Ability to take responsibility
Adaptation to teamwork
